Container Loading & Freight
- Volume: A complete Mega Park set typically requires two to three 40ft High Cube (HQ) shipping containers.
- Packing Standards: Steel pipes are bundled and wrapped in thick cotton and PP film to prevent scratching. LED tiles are packed in export-grade cartons or optional flight cases. Trampoline mats and pads are vacuum-compressed and palletized.
- Unloading: You must have a commercial forklift and a loading dock (or ramp) at your facility to unload this product. Hand-unloading is not feasible for the structural steel components.
Assembly & Bolt-Together Design
- No On-Site Welding: The entire product is designed as a modular, bolt-together system. This eliminates fire hazards during installation and allows for future relocation.
