The Jurassic Expedition:
Edutainment Revenue Engine
Edutainment Revenue Engine
In the evolving FEC market, pure physical play is no longer enough. Built in Guangxi, China, this massive 2750 sqm “Dinosaur Archaeology Park” integrates extreme physical expansion (high ropes, trampolines) with high-margin “Edutainment” zones (DIY fossil digging, role-play). It’s designed not just to attract families, but to maximize secondary on-site spending.

🦖 Strategy: Immersive IP & Secondary Spend
The Power of “Edutainment” Integration
To justify high ticket prices in a 2750 sqm facility, you must offer an experience that cannot be replicated in a neighborhood park. We utilized a comprehensive “Jurassic Expedition” theme to transform a standard warehouse space into a profitable storytelling environment.
What sets this flagship project apart is the strategic fusion of high-burn physical activities and high-margin quiet zones. While teenagers tackle the suspended tire ropes and trampolines, younger children are captivated by the electric soft play and role-play vegetable markets. Most importantly, the DIY Handicraft Zone generates massive secondary revenue through plaster fossil excavation kits.

Integrated Attraction Zones
We engineered the floor plan to guide families from high-energy physical play directly into high-margin, prolonged-dwell-time educational zones.

Archaeology & DIY Hub
The ultimate secondary-spend engine. Children become paleontologists, excavating plaster blocks to find dinosaur fossils. Parents gladly pay extra for this educational takeaway.

Canopy Rope Expansion
A rigorous, high-altitude obstacle course featuring suspended tire bridges and netting. It captures the older sibling demographic that normally outgrows soft play.

Immersive Base Camps
From the beautifully crafted Jurassic entrance gates leading into massive sensory sand pits, to the fully stocked vegetable role-play areas, immersion is absolute.
